Most sessions are completed within four days of our receiving the recording, rush work more quickly. Tybee Types returns transcripts by email as attachments in MS Word.
Uploading Recordings
We use a file transfer service, Send This File, which uses top-level encryption when files are transferred and is HIPAA compliant. Contact us for uploading instructions. Clients have the option of using cloud storage systems like Box or File Locker through their institutions if they prefer, and we can upload finished transcripts to these platforms. Before uploading, check that your files have concise names that indicate what they are. Clear file naming will help you and help us stay organized.
